Wine enthusiasts David and Lisa Shier are the owners of Corks' - Ashbourne's first wine bar. On a recent visit Paolo found good food and value for money, and an interesting wine list with plenty in the €18-€25 bracket.
Conveniently situated just two minutes walk from the centre of the village, Corks offers quick snacks and a list of specials on the blackboard which change daily, so customers can enjoy a quick lunch or fine evening dining in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
